Royal Textile Mill Ltd. is the group’s first textile yarn spinning mill, a public limited company established in 1991 with Authorized Share Capital of Rs. 80.000 million, a textile spinning mill manufacturing man made yarn with a capacity and an installed capacity of 12480 spindles. Due to the sponsor’s commitment towards growth. RTML has now expanded its capacity to 36000 spindles with authorized capital of Rs. 150.00 million and paid up capital of Rs. 129.00 million. Sarhad Textile Mills Limited (STML) is a public limited company established in 2003 with an authorized capital of Rs.200 million and an installed capacity of 22,704 spindles. Due to sponsors commitment STML has now expanded its capacity to a 25,800 spindles with authorized capital of Rs.200 million and paid-up capital of over Rs.190 million. This spinning unit is situated at Gadoon Amazai, N.W.F.P. The project will have a rated capacity of producing 16.600 million lbs. of yarn per annum based on 3 shifts per day in a 364 days year. The end product will comprise of blended and unblended fibers which will be either natural or man-made. Sarhad Textile Mill Ltd. is the country's most modern textile yarn spinning mill. It manufactures top quality 100% cotton yarn, providing the basic raw materials to the country's textile weaving industry and exporting to United States of America, Far East countries, United Kingdom and other European Countries.
